Soviet Successor States With Nuclear Weapons on Territory:

Belarus, Kazakhstan, Ukraine: All have joined the NPT as non-nuclear-weapon states and will place all of their nuclear activities under International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) inspection (excluding nuclear weapons still on their territory); all are transferring nuclear weapons to Russia; none is able to use remaining nuclear weapons independent of central command in Russia.
