Victim 11 is a 18-year-old student at the UNLV. She attended
Tailhook '91 with another
female student.
According to the victim, she and four or five female friends from UNLV went to the third floor of the Hilton Hotel to
attend the party. The hallway was crowded with men and "there was puke everywhere," so they decided to cut through one of the administrative suites and go out to the pool patio. The victim and her friends entered a suite single file with the victim at the end of the line. She was holding her friend's hand so she would not be separated from the group. There were between 10 and 20 men in the room. The victim and her friends were the only females in the suite. Suddenly, four men
"jerked me away" from her friends and circled her. They began chanting and pushing her toward a painting of a rhinoceros with a penis attached. The victim did not know why they were pushing her toward the rhino, but she "knew it had something to do with that [penis]." She struggled and screamed for her friends to help her. One of her friends grabbed her arm and pulled her out of the suite. The victim later met a Navy
officer and told him what had happened to her in the suite. The officer told the victim that the men in the suite were marines.
