Paulina Castanon de Salinas, Raul Salinas's fourth wife, was apprehended in Switzerland in November 1995 as she attempted to make a withdrawal from one of Raul's safe deposit boxes. She claims ignorance of Raul's business activities and, of his export of possibly hundreds of millions of dollars from Mexico.
