Dr. Stephen Ceci is a nationally-recognized expert on children's memory and proper procedures for interviewing children. He was involved in both the Fijnje and Snowden cases. Louis Aguirre was an ambitious young reporter in Miami in 1989 when the Fijnje story hit the news. Aguirre became the star reporter on the case, his coverage of the sex abuse scandal propelling his career. David Markus led the prosecution in the second Snowden trial in 1986 in Miami, when he was an assistant district attorney. He later left the prosecutor's office to become a defense attorney in Miami. One area of his expertise is defending sex abuse cases. Peter Miller is a private defense attorney in Miami who participated in the defense of Bobby Fijnje. Robert Rosenthal is a young civil rights attorney who represented Snowden before the federal bench, winning his freedom. He has worked on appeals for several defendants convicted of mass allegations of sexual abuse.
