Tracking Marijuana Prices

Prepared by the National Narcotics Intelligence Consumers Committee (NNICC) and covering the years 1985-1996. Listed are the top marijuana prices per pound for sensemilla and commercial. NNICC is the government group responsible for compiling drug supply data.

Federal Sentencing Guidelines

Here's a rundown on federal marijuana crimes and penalties. States usually prosecute most marijuana offenses; the federal government may decide to prosecute when acts involve federal property, large quantities (over 50 plants or 50 kilos); the crossing of national borders, and where the investigation was conducted by federal agents.
